Chinese bread dhokla

Introduction: Crispy bread cubes fried in Chinese gravy.

Ingredients:
  •  Bread 5 slices
  • Garlic chopped 6 cloves
  • Ginger 1tbs
  • Onion 1 medium cubed
  • Capsicum 1/2cup cubed
  • Carrots 1/3 cup
  • Tomato 1/2 cup
  • Spring onions
  • Soy sauce 2 tbs
  • Black Pepper 1/2 tbs
  • Lemon 1tbs
  • Sugar 1tbs
  • Salt as per your taste
Method:
  1. Cube bread slices and fry it on pan till it changes it color to brown and it becomes crispy.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add garlic to it fry till its golden brown add chopped ginger mix all.
  3. Add all vegetables to it dont cook it for too long 2 or max 3 mins are enough. Veggies should be crisp.
  4. Now add soy sauce, lemon n sugar. Mix all
  5. Next goes fried bread cubes just give it a toss add some salt and pepper garnish it with spring onions and server hot.

 Note
  • If you like any other veggies you can add it (corn, cabbage, beans or peppers) &
  • If you want to deep fry bread cubes you can try that option.
  • For giving that tangy taste to your dish add some ketchup.
  • Make sure that you don't use lot of gravy for less bread cubes otherwise bread cubes will lose their crispiness.
