Mini Green Peas Samosa

Introduction: This wonderful crispy snack does not need any introduction because of its popularity, once tried you will like to have it every day

 

 

  Ingredients: Stuffing

  • Green peas 2 cups
  • Green chilli 3
  • Ginger-Garlic paste 2 tbs
  • Garam masala 1 and 1/2 tbs
  • Red chilli powder 1tbs
  • Turmeric 1/2 tbs
  • Coriander powder 1tbs
  • Fennel seeds 1tbs
  • Amchur powder 1tbs (optional)
  • Salt as per your taste

Dough:
  •  2 cups all purpose flour
  •  Some water to make dough 
  • Oil
  • Salt
Method:
1) Make a dough of all purpose flour. Rest it aside for some time. cover it with a moist cloth.
2) Boil green peas and mash them
3) Take a bowl add all mashed green peas and above all dry ingredient
4) Make small balls out of it.
5) Now take the small part of a dough make a ball and roll it 4"- 5" diameter circle
6) Cut it in two half (u will get semicircle)
7) Now take one semicircle place small ball of filling in between the semicircle and apply some water on the sides of the dough for sealing and seal from all the sides. You will get triangle shape after sealing.
8) Make all samosas like this.
9) Heal oil in a pan
10) Deep fry samosa till golden brown

Serving suggestion: serve hot with ketchup, chutney, bread or you can have it with tea.
For less calories you can always bake samosa till golden brown.
